Labrador Retrievers are our passion and our purpose. At Punk Hollow, we take great pride in the quality of our Labs, which are bred to excel both in the field and as devoted family companions. Our dogs have proven themselves across a wide range of disciplines, including hunting and performance roles such as gun dogs, waterfowl and upland hunting dogs, retrievers, pointing and flushing dogs, dock jumpers, blood trackers, shed finders, deer dogs, therapy dogs, Wounded Warrior support dogs, detection dogs, and loyal family pets.

As dedicated Labrador Retriever breeders, we are committed to preserving and refining the true Labrador standard as defined by the American Kennel Club (AKC). The Labrador Retriever is a strongly built, medium-sized, athletic dog with a well-balanced conformation that enables it to perform as an efficient retrieving gun dog. Proper substance, soundness, and endurance are essential for long hours of work in challenging hunting conditions, while correct temperament and character make the Labrador equally suited for the show ring and family life. Both physical structure and mental stability are carefully considered in our breeding program to ensure versatile, capable, and dependable dogs.

We strictly adhere to the AKC-recognized Labrador colors: yellow, chocolate, and black. Our program does not include oversized dogs or non-standard color variations. Every dog we produce is bred with purpose—to be a hardworking, resilient gun dog with the temperament and structure to thrive in demanding environments.

All of this is supported by our indoor–outdoor, climate-controlled kennel facility located near Fostoria, Ohio, where our dogs are raised with care, consistency, and respect for the breed’s heritage.
